About
I am currently a college student in an accelerated program to earn my master's degree in English Education. I am very passionate about teaching the different aspects of the English language. Even though writing and reading can be incredibly confusing and difficult for some people, I hope that I can help guide you through these difficulties and teach you in an individualized way!
I enjoy tutoring and in general working with others because I'm a naturally more social person but do enjoy academics which is why tutoring is something I like to do! It also helps me understand more about the field of work I am studying- education.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
When working with someone new I need to know their name, age, grade level, and in order to create a more individualized learning space I would love to know more about their interests and what about the subject frustrates them the most. After we become aquainted and I have a better understanding of the person I will be helping I will ask questions about coursework and how they have felt in either their current school semester or their last one. Once we review any relevant course material we can begin with comprhesion, homework, and practice.
