I contacted SoFlo online, expressed my concern and in spite of the tight schedule they moved things around to accommodate my daughter. I love YOUnique Minds. Sign up process was very easy. Pleasant director, she answer all my questions. Tutoring has been going well. Tutor has been very patient. We have done virtual,face to face and group. She has been engaged and loved all of them. She looks forward to each class. I also love that one of her tutors sends me a report of what they did and where she should focus her time next session. Overall I am pleased.
