As a medical school graduate, Doctor of Medicine, a masters degree in Engineering and bachelor of science achievements, I share a sincere passion for developing new unique methods to enhance student's learning abilities. I have developed through years of research a novel approach to individualized success in each student.

Having worked with students at all levels, including learning difficulties (eg, ADHD, dyslexia, cognitive impairments, anxiety, etc), my medical background and expertise in psychological profile building benefit each student a comprehensive environment for success.

With each of our students, we have a current 100% success pass-rate in all standardized exams. We have exceptional success with HSPT, SAT/ACT, GRE and USMLE, including individual subject scores and subject area emphasis. Each of our students have scored above 85 percentile and reach their desired scores.

We offer a family holistic approach to build confidence and cohesion to overcome any obstacles a student may encounter. These combined efforts have shown to be superior to a singular approach.

I am so thankful I came across this tutoring group. It is with all their help I was able to surpass this hurdle easily. Dr. Leadon and team worked with me throughout my studying journey. They never gave up on me and kept me going, keeping me on my toes and making sure I was not falling behind. Their pep talks and constant praises made me confident in my abilities that I didnt know I had. They helped me increase my mark by 26+ points from where I first started. Helping me pass my CCSE and then the STEP 2CK. Their methods, tips and tricks helped me answer questions quickly and efficiently. All tutors were always a message away and always quick to respond. This service is a whole immersive service, all you will be thinking about for the 8 weeks is the exam material. The service is intense, but it did not feel that way, as they made everything very easy to understand and fun. Dr. Rondell has been tutoring my 2 children for the past 3 years. My now 6 grader has improved his reading, science and math to an all A student. He was struggling with math and reading because of the pandemic and was falling far behind in his school work. Working with the team, Dr. Rondell assigns tutors that are individually trained for each concern that shows. My 4 grade daughter was having speech and comprehension difficulties and working with ABC for 2 years now, she is also a straight A student and loves reading. The program is family oriented and they share an individual approach to keep the younger children engaged especially. I highly recommend Dr. Rondell and his team.

I was referred to ABC123 Exam Prep by my classmate from my calculus class. I was clueless from my professors lectures. I met with Dr. Rondell, he did a full assessment and assigned me with Dr. Sherelle. I got a daily feedback and strategy in how to solve problems and weekly met with Dr. Rondell to check my progress. I got a 33% in my first test before i joined and passed my class with an 89%. I cannot thank them enough for helping me.
