Elementary Excellence

I have been a teacher for 18 years. I have 12 years experience as a Reading Specialist and the remaining years I have been an intermediate teacher. I have presented at the Illinois Reading Conference and enjoy working with other teachers as well as the students. I have taught reading at the elementary and high school levels.

I enjoy working with students to help them advocate for their learning by recognizing where they are facing challenges in their learning and determining ways they can be sucessful and grow. I enjoy learning about each individual student to teach them in the way they need.
