What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Getting to know their perception of the subject, what makes them appreciate it and if not so, what made them dislike it, and what topics they find difficult to tackle, I then have a starting point and I patiently steer them to develop an interest in the subject to my level best, I also train them to grasp concepts rather than cram stuff and I evaluate them periodically to monitor their progress

How did you get started teaching?
I started teaching immediately I finished my secondary school education before I joined college having been top in my class, after college, I do part-time lecturing at a polytechnic in my home zone and help online tutors who are friends when they've had too much work

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
I am fond of scientific exhibitions whichever time of the year they arise and I help students prepare their science congress projects
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
They should think of the concepts behind the topics and try to derive formulas from simple definitions and try to apply them before talking to the teachers
