I believe in working hard but working smart is just as important.
I make sure my students understand and learn the concepts they are a having trouble with. More importantly I try not to overwhelm my students with information that is not necessary for their level of learning.
I use mnemonic devices and flash cards to help my students learn the concepts.
I have always enjoyed teaching and learning from my students and have a strong desire to work with new people.
My profession has given me the opportunity and patience to work with new people. Helping people has always given me peace and if I can make even a small difference by making things easier for someone then I will.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I take time to understand the exact problems the student is having and help them have a strong grasp of the topic by making it palatable rather then giving them long lectures.
I make sure they understand what I am teaching them and help them retain it for a long time.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a doctor by profession and had science subjects including biology in my undergraduate years.

I have a 25$ per hour price.
How did you get started teaching?
I was always interested in teaching even when I was a student myself. In group study sessions I was the one taking the lead and teaching my fellow students.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with students of all ages.
Some have been beginners in grade 10 and others have been students of med school.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I recently took my post graduate exams and found studying with my friends really helpful as when I study with someone my retaining power of the topic increases.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
If you want to know the subject thoroughly I would recommend making a list of all the things that they need to learn and then take their time to select the tutor which they think fulfils all their criteria
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
They should know what they want to learn and make a list of all the materials they need help understanding and set doable taks for themselves so that they don't overwhelm themselves.
