Let me tell you, you are getting the best of the best with Patrick! He is a great human. I taught Patrick and two of his six siblings as a first grade teacher at Our Saviour Grade School. They were some of the smartest children I have ever taught, even today. I am still friends with his mother and father. I watched Patrick grow from a precocious boy to a responsible young man as he is a friend of my daughter as well. When he was in town for a while after graduating from Notre Dame, I was tutoring and one of my students needed help in an advanced math class. Japjeev is the first tutor that my son went to, she was a catalyst in motivating him in becoming independent at "try first and then ask for help". She connected well with him and helped him with his after school homework assignments as well as critiquing his writings.
