As a linguist, I have a passion for language and communication in general. I love helping my fellow Spanish as a Second Language Learners learn the nuanced differences between the languages and speak with confidence! I also have two Seals of Biliteracy (APPL and STAMP), so any high school student that needs test preparation, feel free to reach out!
I love seeing students grow into confident speakers that are able to express themselves. No matter what level of Spanish you are at, it brings me joy sharing my passion for the language with others!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
The first thing I do with every new student of mine is a casual assessment. Nothing to put pressure or shame the student, but rather to understand their overall strengths and weaknesses in the language. I also, try to get to know the student's interest and hobbies in English to channel a similar passion with Spanish.

-Currently a Foreign Langauge Education major in college
-Over 7 years of Spanish Experience
-APPL/STAMP Seal of Biliteracy certified
