About
I have experience tutoring pre-professional students in a variety of topics and exam preparation including biology, chemistry, biochemistry, mathematics, molecular cell biology, and organic chemistry. Additionally, I am fluent in Spanish and have also tutored students in improving their pronunciation, grammar, and writing. I am also a certified Emergency Medical Technician and have been certified by the American Heart Association as a CPR/AED provider.
I truly enjoy helping students learn. I never really fit the label of the "traditional learner" and when I began to complete advanced pre-medical courses in college, I learned that I had to change my study habits from the cookie cutter recommendations which substantially improved my performace. I am determined to help your student learn using the most effective method for them. Seeing my students succeed is what matters to me most.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I am a strong believer in individualized learning plans. Not every student learns the same way and I am committed to ensuring that every one of my students learns using the method that is most effective for them. If unsure, I would provide a variety a methods to determine which style works best for my student. The success of my student is of utmost importance!
