What is your typical process for working with a new student?

First I like to meet a student and learn things like if they like the subject they need help in, how they learn, and other basic information. Next of course the real work begins, I try to help students understand fundemenatl aspects of their courses so theat they can build on those understandings and learn more.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have passed the AP tests in AP Human Geography(4), World History(4), US History(5), Comparative Government(3), Language and Composition(4), and Macroeconomics(3). I am also currently a college student at Loyola University Chicago studying political science.
