Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Clear communication is paramount for effective learning in my opinion. I try to understand the problems or the expectations of the student in the subject matter and from there approach them one by one. I consider no one method to be effective for all students or even the same student on two different days.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have Bachelor of Science degres in Chemistry and Chemical Engineering. I have worked as a tutor and mentor for over five years. I was fortunate to do a study abroad in China where I taught and mentored students in English and American culture.
