With a 35 ACT and a NMSQ (top 4% in the nation for PSAT), I’m a sophomore currently in the Grainger College of Engineering interested in giving back to the community what I’ve learned from trials and tribulations. My lessons focus on finding misunderstandings or underdeveloped skills. I work best by letting the student first work with me, showing their work and letting themselves be comfortable with making mistakes. The entire purpose of my lessons are to encourage critical thinking and enjoy learning, finding patterns and interests along the way. Previous students learned geometry in 4th grade, and Calculus in 5th grade as well as excel in precalculus after a deficiency in both trigonometry and geometry.
