I know that Social Studies does not always stand out as a student's favorite subject! I love to help make it come alive! I have a bachelors in history from Elmhurst University and have licensure from North Park University. I have not been doing this long, however, it's a huge advantage to be able to engage with the children easier! While being able to engage with the students, they learn a whole lot more than they ever thought they would! I am available to tutor any time in the afternoon on most days! What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I love to get to know my new students. I truly believe learning more about each student helps with the learning process. When you build that trust, great things can be accomplished! From that point, let's look at where we're at academically and go from there!!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I currently have a Bachelors in history and licensure along with a Masters from North Park University!
