605 Tutoring

I’m a current pre-health English major (graduating college in 6 months) with 7 years of tutoring experience, starting in high school and growing into work with students from elementary school through graduate programs. I’m certified by the International Tutor Training Program and have tutored everything from reading and writing to biology and test prep. I’m also a 99th percentile scorer on the MCAT, DAT, and SAT, and I've worked with local students on tackling these tests!

I genuinely LOVE learning & teaching, and I bring that energy into every session. My approach depends entirely on who I’m working with. Some students benefit from visual explanations; others need to talk things out or build up confidence over time. I’ve worked with students with ADHD and many different learning styles, and I adjust my teaching to make sure each person feels challenged but not overwhelmed. Above all, I want students to feel capable, curious, and in control of what they’re learning. :)
