My daughter had to write a pre-algebra test in a few days and I was concerned she was struggling. I contacted SoFlo online, expressed my concern and in spite of the tight schedule they moved things around to accommodate my daughter. Japjeev is the first tutor that my son went to, she was a catalyst in motivating him in becoming independent at "try first and then ask for help". She connected well with him and helped him with his after school homework assignments as well as critiquing his writings. Let me tell you, you are getting the best of the best with Patrick! He is a great human. I taught Patrick and two of his six siblings as a first grade teacher at Our Saviour Grade School. They were some of the smartest children I have ever taught, even today. I am still friends with his mother and father. I watched Patrick grow from a precocious boy to a responsible young man as he is a friend of my daughter as well. When he was in town for a while after graduating from Notre Dame, I was tutoring and one of my students needed help in an advanced math class. I didn’t feel I able to provide the guidance that he needed so I asked Pat. He gladly met my student and me and with ease, and an innate ability quickly explained what I could not! His experience is evident as is his love of teaching. He identified my problems at their root and created a customized plan to help me improve. The world needs great teachers as talented and devoted as you are Manny. I can say that you are in a league of your own. What a great mathematician/statistician you are! I tried two other statistics instructors that had great reviews and high credentials, but they did not make a positive enough impact on my statistics learning like you were able to do for me. They also charged more. I achieved more learning in less time when you taught. You're smart and you care for all the right reasons.
