About
I am a recent graduate of University of Chicago, where I majored in economics and minored in statistics.
With nine years of tutoring experience for students of all ages, I create a comfortable, enjoyable, and productive learning environment. I cater to a wide range of students—from those seeking to expand their knowledge beyond the classroom curriculum, to those needing extra support in certain areas. I effectively work with students who learn differently, helping them grasp concepts in various ways, stay motivated, and develop a love for learning.
I've also played piano since the age of 4. I regularly perform concertos, both in Chicago and in Europe. Sharing music also brings me joy, so I perform at a local nursing every month. I've taught piano for 9 years. Whether you're a complete beginner or a virtuoso fine-tuning your Rachmaninoff concerto, I create a personalized learning experience. My greatest reward is witnessing my students blossom into the pianists they aspire to be.
I also have an international background: I've interned in Phnom Penh and in Ho Chi Minh City, studied philosophy and history in Paris, and studied public policy in Beijing. I speak French, Mandarin, Spanish, and Hebrew, with varying levels.
