Alex Teaches

As a graduate in Illinois Wesleyan I was put through many courses in literature, composition, and creative writing. What I loved most about my courses was the amount of diverse readings I had: Victorian literature to modern sci-fi to fantasy to critical essays. I had a plethora of readings and then responses to gauge my understanding. But it was also about writing creatively: poetry and prose to short stories and novels.

My goal as a tutor is to help my students read and understand the content they have. Or if they need I will help them with their essays from the thesis to the Works Cited page.
