About
Hi! My name is Dina, and I’m an experienced educator, tutor, and handmade crafts instructor with a passion for helping others learn, grow, and create. With over 10 years of experience in tutoring and crafting, I’ve had the joy of working with learners of all ages, both in academic subjects and creative arts.
I hold a background in pharmacy, and I am a certified Qur'an, Tajweed, and Arabic teacher with Ijaza, as well as a trained ESL tutor. Over the years, I’ve helped children and adults improve their language skills, strengthen their reading comprehension, and develop confidence in subjects ranging from Arabic and ESL to thinking skills and Quran studies.
In addition to tutoring, I currently work as a substitute teacher in public schools, where I support classroom learning across different grade levels. This hands-on experience in diverse educational settings allows me to adapt quickly, connect with students from various backgrounds, and apply classroom-tested strategies that help children succeed.
In addition to teaching, I run an Etsy shop where I design and sell customized gifts, including resin art and macramé creations. I love combining creativity with education, and I often bring this passion into my classes. Whether students are learning to make a macramé headband or a resin bookmark, I focus on guiding them step by step in a calm, supportive, and inspiring environment.
What makes my work special is the way I combine creativity with education. I use visual aids, storytelling, interactive games, and hands-on projects to keep learners engaged, especially younger students. I also adjust my teaching methods based on each student’s learning style, ensuring they feel confident and supported throughout the journey.
I truly love what I do. Seeing students' faces light up when they master a new word, recite a verse correctly, or finish a handmade craft is the most rewarding part of my day.
