I am flexible with the study material and focus on what the family needs. If the student needs help with math one session and then history the next, I can adapt. I have a daughter in grade school, so I have firsthand experience at what today's students are going through. I want to give my students the support and advice I was unable to benefit from at their ages.

I have been teaching math since 2007 (I have recently completed my 18th year of teaching in high school). Still enjoy teaching. I am looking for more opportunities to expand my passion to others. I feel pretty comfortable with most HS and college math subjects, but I will say I am more specialized in Geometry, Algebra 2, and Statistics.

I have a generous amount of experience working with struggling students. I have adapted curriculum to fit the needs of each individual student. It is my goal to find which learning pattern works for each student. Every student can be successful when the student is clear what learning methods and styles work for him/her. I enjoy helping and supporting a student to find their way of learning material. I love when students start clicking with and understanding the material. ....
