What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Identify problem areas and assess student's overall outlook on school. Focus on skills building (not fact memorizing) and work on implementing assistive technology to assist wherever needed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
B.S. in Socilology, minor in Philosophy, Academic certificate in diversity and stratification.
Over 10 years working with Idaho's Unversity Center on Excellence in Developmental Disabilties.
Certificate- Assistive Technology Applications from California State University- Northridge.

11th grade was my first opportunity to become a peer tutor. Have been invovled in education since.
