I teach Emotional Intelligence which recognizes as humans we are highly emotional beings and yet have little or no training in how to manage our emotions. Research has shown that our ability to learn can be severely delayed when our emotional health is impaired. I teach our kids not what to think but how to think. Helping them learn tools that direct their thinking in a creative and positive outcome. These tools foster resiliency. self-control and confidence when having to navigate life's inevitable conflicts.
