I am an English teacher in the area and have taught English language and literature over the past eight years. Therefore, I work with students on reading comprehension, giving speeches, presentation skills, writing small compositions, and writing essays.
I love working with students and helping them to gain confidence in English and Language Arts. I enjoy watching students gain confidence in their reading, writing, and speaking skills.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I typically like to meet or discuss through email/phone to identify needs and expectations. I also like to try to determine the ways in which the student learns best. Then, together we can come up with a way to tackle any problems and strengthen our abilities. We will also work together to determine the amount of tutoring sessions required/suggested.
