About
In 2015, I graduated with an MA degree in history at Oxford Brookes University in the United Kingdom.
Since then I have applied my academic knowledge to working as a history and English tutor, helping students with essay writing and exam skills.
I have also worked as an English tutor helping students from non-English speaking backgrounds with school entrance exams.
I always relish the opportunity to help students master exam writing and essay skills in order to help them develop an understanding and a passion for learning.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
When working with a new student I like to hear from them first in order to gain an insight into what they would like to learn or improve on and how they personally like to work.
I believe tutoring is different to teaching in that it is a collaborative process between the tutor and student which enables the tutor to guide the student in a direction that works for them.
