What is your typical process for working with a new student?

I will get to know the students to find what their intersts are and try to incorporate those into learning.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a freshman studying Elementary Education. I was a volunteer tutor at Assumption Middle School in Wisconsin Rapids during my study hall periods. I also shadowed elementary tutors for a semester during my free periods in high school. I did multiple paid tutoring jobs during my senior year with kids aging 8-13.
