I have always been passionate about teaching, and I think to really impact society, the best way to lead our ftuure generations is through teaching. I understand what it's like to struggle in school, and I want to be a resource for students to feel like they can succeed.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First, I want to have an in-depth meeting with the caregiver to fully understand the child's needs and goals. I then would like to meet with the student so I can understand their personal areas for improvement. I then will create mini "lesson plans" for each tutoring session to help improve their learning, grades, and satisfaction. I would also request to see any tests to help myselft create a better plan for their learning.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently a freshman at Iowa State majoring in elementary education with endorsements in math, science, and coaching.
