With over two decades of experience in teaching, mentoring, tutoring, and empowering students, I can help your child succeed. I offer personalized tutoring, test prep, homework help, and lab days for AP Environmental Science, Biology, Zoology, Environmental Science, and Life Science. What sets me apart is my diverse background in education and my proven track record of success. I have formal teaching experience at the college, high school, and middle school levels. I have also taught informally at a zoo, a 4-H center, and a state park. My extensive experience allows for a well-rounded approach to learning, incorporating real-world examples and practical applications. I can make challenging concepts easy to understand and engaging. My mission is to make science accessible and exciting for all learners and I am dedicated to helping students grasp complex scientific concepts and improve their academic performance.

I also provide comprehensive guidance to students in building strong résumés, finding and applying to summer programs, writing research papers, participating in science fairs, selecting and applying to colleges that align with their goals, and securing scholarships. My expertise has helped students earn full-ride scholarships and gain acceptance into prestigious programs, including Princeton University and the Yale Young Global Scholars summer program.
