What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I find it best to get an understanding of their course's structure, so that we can make a plan and stay focused. Then it is important to explore their weaknesses to promote growth. I like to know what they know, what they don't know, and what they're unsure of in order to make sure the time spent together is beneficial.
