About
As a student myself, I understand the stress of school and how difficult it can be to understand the teacher sometimes. I'm patient, a good listener, and determined to help my clients understand their work and feel good about doing it.
I enjoy the "aha" moment that my clients have when the lightbulb goes off and they finally understand. I enjoy learning and helping others learn. I enjoy being supportive towards people who need it.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First, I'd reassure my client by reinforcing the fact that they are a good student and are fully capable of learning the material. Then, I'd allow them to ask me any questions they may have. Then, we'd dive into the material together and go over what they don't understand, do practice, and ask questions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been tutoring peers at school and family members/friends since i was 12. I'm currently a junior in high school.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I charge $10 per 30 minutes. (So, $20 an hour and so forth.)
How did you get started teaching?
I'm not a teacher, but I began peer tutoring because my guidance counselor saw a gift for helping others when I was in 6ht grade.
What types of students have you worked with?
I've worked with just about every kind of student no matter their race, religion, personality, appearance, or intellectual level.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I am fond of spending quality time with the people I love daily.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Look for someone who is interested in helping YOU, not just making money.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
1) What are your teacher's preconceived notions about you?
2) Can you not understand the material because the teacher isn't clear or because you are not giving 100%?
