I have been a Spanish teacher in Cobb County for 16 years. I have tutored students in a levels of Spanish, as well as adults.
I am a native Spanish speaker from Mexico. My schooling from K to College was completed in Mexico and then I moved to the United States.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I like to first evaluate the areas the student struggles with. I usually look at grades and material that they are working on. I believe in reviewing concepts that are causing issues as well as working on current material.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified Spanish teacher in Georgia. I have 12 years of experience as a classroom teacher.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I usually charge $40 an hour for one session a week but I charge $70 for biweekly sessions.
I can also tutor in 30 minute increments if it is needed.
How did you get started teaching?
I have always love working with children. As a college student, I started tutoring kids from unpriviledge areas and also I worked as a English teacher (in Mexico) during the summers.
This experiences solidify my desire to teach others. When I moved to the United States, I decided to pursue my dreams of teaching.
