About

Hello,

I am a certified general and special education teacher with experience supporting students from Pre‑K through 7th grade. I create an individualized learning plan for every student because children learn differently and thrive at their own pace.

My teaching approach is flexible, patient, and multisensory. I use a variety of instructional strategies to help students stay focused, build confidence, and retain the skills being taught. Whether a child needs support with foundational reading, comprehension, writing, or overall academic skills, I meet them where they are and guide them toward steady, meaningful progress.

I have wanted to be a teacher since I was a young kid.

I have and still do work with students from General to Special Education.

One of my 5th grade SLD students went up 10 reading levels. I had another student go up 6 reading levels and the rest went up 3. I had a student get at 87 on their milestones math. I am so very proud of them.

Make sure you know why you need a tutor. Asking what type of teaching strategies the teachers use?

    What do they know?

What do they want to know?

Are they willing to put in the work to learn it?
