Miriam's Lighthouse Center

I am a certified Reading and English Language Arts educator with over 24 years of public school teaching and tutoring experience in both the U.S. and the U.K. I hold Bachelor’s and Master’s of Arts degrees. Currently, I am certified to teach grades 4–8, English Language Arts. My experience spans grades 1–8, and more recently, grade 5 students. As a patient, nurturing and supportive tutor, I will help students build confidence, strengthen their skills, and achieve their academic goals. I believe in fostering meaningful connections and partnering with parents to ensure each student reaches their full learning potential and develops lifelong learning habits.
