Aundriel's Reading Intervention

Hello! My name is Aundriel Hicks, and I am a certified Special Education teacher and Reading Intervention Specialist with over 15 years of experience supporting students with diverse learning needs.

Throughout my career, I have specialized in helping struggling readers build confidence and achieve meaningful growth through evidence-based instruction. My training includes the Science of Reading, LETRS, Fundations, Seeing Stars, and Lindamood-Bell methodologies. I have worked with students in both special education and reading intervention settings, helping many close significant literacy gaps and reach their academic goals.

As both an educator and the parent of an autistic child, I understand the importance of meeting students where they are and building strong relationships with families. My goal is always to create a supportive learning environment where students feel successful, capable, and motivated to learn.
