He can prep you to ace a test or excel in lab. He genuinely cares that his students understand and succeed. With Dr. Redic, Chemistry is demystified. If there is a remote chance he does not know something in the moment (which is rare because he is like a walking textbook), he will figure it out in seconds, literally. With so many tutors who were afraid of upper level chemistry and backed out on the subject, I am glad all roads led to him as my tutor. He is a genius and a Godsend blessing at the same time. I like Ryan because he is relatable. He is a good teacher but switches things up because he is still a young adult.
