I am originally from Belgium (a small country right above France) and I came to the US almost 6 years ago. I went to school in Dahlonega, GA which is where I started working on campus as a language tutor. I worked at our language lab where students from all ages and proficiency levels would come in and ask questions, have me review their papers/homework, and sometimes ask for consistent one on one tutoring.
I always enjoyed being able to help students and witness their progress as the semester went on. Which is why, once I graduated, I decided to keep tutoring people that lived in my neighborhood. I had the opportunity to tutor children as young as 6 years old, recent graduates like me, and grown adults.
All these experiences allowed me to learn to adapt to any proficiency level and tutor people from all walks of life.
I just recently moved to the city a couple months ago and am excited to meet new people and help them improve their skills!

I like to assess the level of proficiency of the student at our first meeting. I also like to discuss their goals and expectations from the tutoring lessons, as well as just getting to know each other a little bit and breaking the ice.
