I absolutely adore teaching and learning from my students. The quality communication that tutoring provides literally saved me in my own academic life, especially with having dyslexia. As I begain to excel I wanted to hopefully extend that same service to other brilliant students, who like myself, just need to bridge that gap between the material and the ability to articulate or comprehend it to a degree that is effective and easy to understand. Helping my students bring out the inner scholar that is already inside of them is something that is so fulfilling, it is hard to explain. I am very patient and diligent and looking forward working all types of awesome students. I am a junior in College concentrating on Law and also other interdisciplinary studies. Tutoring is not only something that I enjoy but it helps me to stay sharp with my active listening and communication skills. I look forward to working with you soon.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I believe it is extremely important to have a strong rapport with my students so for the first half of our first session I like to just get to know my student in a more informal way. I love to know their hobbies and passions and see if we have any common interest or traits. Aside from helping my student feel more comfortable therefore heighten their ability to learn respectively, this also allows me to pick up on their learning style. One thing I have learned since tutoring is that each person learns different and if you tutor formulaic you will not bring the most value to your pupil. My sessions are tailored to my students needs , learning style and skill set making every session unique.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a high school diploma graduating with honors. I am currently working through my Balchlors degree. I have law firm certified training in Atlernative Dispute Resolution and I also have two years experience tutoring at a summer camp for various ages. I have tutored children with disabilities such a dyslexia all the way to autism from ages as young as 5 up to 17( with references).

My lessons pricing ranges from 35-60 dollars an hour depending on the complexity of the subject, the age of the child, frequency of the session and other factors.
