My rates: $25 per hour-$75 per hour

Please call me Miss K. I have about 4 years of teaching/tutoring experience, particularly with K-8 students. I started tutoring in middle school and continue to tutor children from across the US. I have a passion for teaching our younger generation because it is essential for them to know the foundational skills that will help to catapult them into a successful and productive career and mindset. I make it a priority to make my classroom pressure-free and open-minded, as mistakes are only an opportunity to improve, which is what I teach my students. I am never afraid to adjust my teaching style or the methods I use to help students understand a concept, and I encourage the student to move at a pace that works for them and let me support them the whole way. Students have been kind enough to complement me on being fun, helpful, concise, and patient among other traits. I find parental feedback and suggestion to be an impactful tool in moving a student toward mastery of a subject, so I welcome it.
