Smhart Developoment

I have teaching and tutoring for the last 16 years working in both elementary, university and healthcare settings as a tutor and adjunct professor. I have taught and tutored from 3rd grade, college, and adult learners. I have a background in teaching and tutoring phonics, reading, elementary and middle school math, and psychology as well as soft skills and leadership development. I am a certified High Impact Tutor. I also was an Academic Tutor in college. I take an individualized approach identifying specific learning needs for each student. I love to see students from all backgrounds thrive in the academic environment. I welcome all feedback as my job is to better serve students. I have a Master's in Adult Learning and Psychology. My goal is to not just pass but to help students thrive.
