About
My name is Nora Santiago and this is my eighth year teaching.
Here's a little about myself:
I taught ESL in South Korea for 3 years. I have volunteered for eight years as a Religious Education teacher. I was also an elementary school teacher for 3rd and 4th grade. I received my Bachelor’s Degree at Nova Southeastern University, majoring in Elementary Education with an ESOL/Reading Endorsement. I also received my Master's Degree at Nova Southeastern University, majoring in Education with a specialization in TESOL. I completed my TEFL/TESOL certification, totaling 140 hours with specializations in Teaching English Online, Teaching English to Young Learners, Teaching Business English, Teaching TOEFL, IELTS, TOEIC and other Standardized Examinations, and Teaching Hotel and Resort English. My experiences in teaching also include working with challenging primary students from diverse backgrounds. In my spare time, I like to travel and read. I love the outdoors and encourage my students to spend as much time outside as possible.
