About
Earned a Doctorate and two Master's degrees from Harvard University where I graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Master's in Philosophy and a Master's in Anthropology. I earned a 1580 on the SAT and a 178 (out of 180) on the LSAT.
I enjoy working with all subjects in the Language Arts and Humanities from elementary phonics and English, to college Religion or Ethics.
I have a special talent for ACT/SAT/GED exam prep. I have taken the exams successfully and I know what it takes to succeed at a high level! I enjoy helping develop the critical thinking skills needed to succeed.
I love to help students progress in their writing and critical thinking of more complex text. I have always enjoyed helping students view reading and writing in a different way. No matter if the student is in elementary school or college; we can work together!

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I prefer to meet with the student either in person at their home, or a meeting place or virtually. I like to keep a "low-key" atmosphere so we can get to know each others style of writing and working. I believe one size does not fit alll, so it is important that we find the style and method that works for each student.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Harvard educated that brings my experience of writing all types of writing, both academic and creative, to my students to develop and further their writing. Can also provide a particularly good eye for college entrance essays.
How did you get started teaching?
I started in college and I fell iin love with the process of helping other students excel. This lead me to become a Teaching Fellow.
What types of students have you worked with?
All types from elementary students to graduate students finishing their thesis and developing arguments.
