Spanish Tutoring At All Levels

I am a passionate tutor of Spanish. I work as a Spanish professor at the University of South Florida and St. Petersburg College and I’m also an experienced translator. I hold a Doctorate Degree in Spanish Linguistics and Translation from the Complutense University of Madrid, Spain, with a CUM LAUDE distinction. I have been awarded two academic honors of “Gold Medal” in recognition of outstanding academic achievement with regards to my BA in Spanish Philology and Master’s Degree. I have expertise in a variety of disciplines such as: Spanish Linguistics, Translation, Spanish Language and Culture, and Latin-American Civilization and a passion for helping others learn and succeed. Additionally, I have successfully completed various specialization courses and trainings in Spanish Language and Culture arranged by Spanish universities. What I love most about teaching is being able to encourage people to succeed and seeing them achieve their goals. I am very interested in my student’s feelings and interests and I strongly believe that a good teacher should use her heart in teaching and make the learning experience a joyful one. I’m flexible to accommodate the needs of my students, open-minded and with a great sense of humor.
