My name is Paula Scharuda, and I’m the Founder and CEO of Educational Interactions, LLC, a company dedicated to supporting students with disabilities through personalized, inclusive education services. As a certified special education teacher with over 15 years of experience, I’ve worked in both school systems and mental health settings. I started this business after realizing far too many students—especially those with behavioral and cognitive challenges—were falling through the cracks because they weren’t receiving instruction tailored to their needs.

Ms Paula is great at getting my son to participate with areas that frustrate him. She is more than a tutor she is becoming a great friend. My son enjoys seeing her and he struggles to get along with new people. If you have a nuerodivergent child she is great. My son is considered high functioning but with his anxiety thats a matter of opinion. However since working with Ms Paula he has grown more confident!
