I have 7+ years of experience teaching children, grades Prek-5th grade in various subjects. I place a strong emphasis on reading comprehension. I specialize in teaching the three important foundational skills of reading, which are phonemic awareness, phonological awareness, and phonics. The reading skills are necessary for achieving fluency and comprehension in reading. I believe that reading is crucial for the mastery of all subjects. Ultimately, I want my students to become lifelong readers and enjoy learning.

My goal in teaching is to provide the best education possible, allowing children to learn and grow in a positive and nurturing environment. I love teaching and inspiring children to love learning by creating results that ensure a child will have long-term success.
