Hi there! I'm a recent graduate from Hagerty High School and I will be starting this August at the Burnett Honors College of UCF as a Mechanical Engineering major. I was a peer tutor at my high school's program last year, providing academic support to kids ages 13-18 in Chemistry, Psychology, Algebra, Geometry, and Precalculus through online/in-person individual/group sessions. However, I am also proficient in other k-12 topics. I have passed 8 AP courses and 3 Dual Enrollment courses at Seminole State College, spanning many topics. I have also received SAT tutoring and professional college essay advising, which strengthened my knowledge of test-taking/study strategies and how to write a compelling college entrance essay. Not to mention what it is like as a tutee! My experience has taught me the importance of active listening, patience, and effective communication. I truly enjoy tutoring and take pride in creating positive and productive experiences.
