About
I have taught academic writing for ten years and worked in a college-level Writing Center as a tutor for four years. I bring a powerful combination of education, teaching experience, and excellent rapport-building with students. I earned my MFA in Creative Writing in 2008, and published my first book of poetry in 2013.
I can help with k-12 assignments as well as University-level work, both academic writing and creative writing. I am also a skilled thesis advisor for graduate-level projects.

Tutoring (undergraduate) = $35/hour
Thesis advising = $40/hour
