My name is Steven Brashear and I provide tutoring in the subject areas of Reading, Literature, Social Sciences, Psychology, and Proofreading.
I currently possess a B.A. in Social & Criminal Justice and a M.S. in Professional Counseling.
I enjoy helping students and adults to not only become successful in their subjects, but in their present and future careers.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
To begin, it is important to assess what the student needs as far as their areas of subject improvement. Afterwards, we can move forward from there in order to help them to grow and reach their potential.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B.A. in Social and Criminal Justice and a M.S. in Professional Counseling. I'm also pursuing a PHD in General Psychology.
I currently possess at least 2 years of teaching experience in the area of Social Sciences.
