Hi everyone!
I am a college student who is available for tutoring. My core classes involve History and English. I graduated High School in 2017, leaving as a National Honor Society member and also a Varsity debater. I can tutor on the subjects of English, Debate and Speech, United States History, and World History. My passion for History is always noticeable in conversations and to help others understand I enjoy including activities and examples in Present time to help students understand.

I have received my Associate in Arts Degree! I am now going to work my way to a Bachelor's in Education and History.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Every student is different so I discuss my teaching methods beforehand. I enjoy using videos and textbooks to help the students understand the material. However, I also talk a lot to make sure they understand what I am explaining. I love questions!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Valencia College: (1) I am currently enrolled and have taken education courses teaching me different teaching methods as well as have completed my 40 hours at a HS teaching students U.S. Government. (2) In 2018, I was Vice President of Valencia Future Educators helping other teachers-in-the-making learn new techniques and spreading our love for teaching around campus! (3) During HS, I tutored classmates in AP English and AP History improving their scores on exams and surprise practice essays!
