I like it when the students get to learn and understand all that they do not understand in certain aspects of mathematics. It doesn't matter whether he/she is a first learner or a slow learner. I will take the student at his/her own pace till the ultimatum goal is achieved.
I have worked with a variety of students globally therefore I have qualified experience in the field.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We get to know where the student needs to get help. Then start from there. We need to know what the student understands or what they don't understand to know where we should give help and the procedure to take. With fast learners the process will be much faster.With slow learners however the time taken we'll make sure to reach our motive
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified math tutor with a higher diploma in teaching. This makes me a teacher by proffession

How did you get started teaching?
I started teaching after I realized it was a passion to me. I first started with kindergarten children then went up to the primary kids and later on secondary students who were seeking tutors online.
What types of students have you worked with?
Both fast and slow learners.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I once tutored a little grade 3 girl. Her name was Joy. Joy was finding it hard to understand mathematics as a unit we started the lessons from scratch and when the assessment tests were done she was in the top 5 position.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Ensure the tutor you are hiring is readily available to tutor you and is willing to put time into it because if you find a shady one then you won't archive your goal.
