Top Tier Tutoring was created to assist students in achieving their highest academic capabilities. I believe in a judgement free learning environment and a personalized teaching method to allow every student to obtain the material at their own pace.
The most rewarding aspect of being a tutor is not only teaching but learning from others as well! I really enjoy watching my students discover their own academic strengths. I encourage all my students to push themselves to go above and beyond their highest potential.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
My process for working with students is fairly simple. During our initial conversation I'll assess my student's learning style in order to determine which learning technique best suits them. I then apply that information to a learning plan that will ultimately set them up for academic success.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I recently graduated from CSU where I obtained a bachelor's degree in psychology and a minor in English. I also began tutoring locally during my first year of college. I am now working as a full time Registered Behavior Techinican.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
My prices are $30.00 - $35.00 per 60mins. The prices vary depending on the complexity of the assignment and the preparation time needed.
How did you get started teaching?
I started teaching during my first year of college. Initially I began tutoring my close friends and roommates until I eventually began tutoring on campus for the entire university population, which I grew to love !
What types of students have you worked with?
My experience with students varies from all different ages and educational backgrounds. As a RBT I work closely with children with autism whom I deeply enjoy working with and learning from.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
When students find themselves struggling with questions it's best to use all of your prior knowledge and to give yourself a little time and patience to figure it out
