I always had a passion for writing but wasn't sure writing for a job. It wasn't until Colllege where I decided to put my talents to good use since my writing has improved even more . Plus as a college student myself, I feel that I am more relatable and dedicated to learning beyond my horizon.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I first ask the student do they like English or Writing in the first place. Then I will ask them to tell my their favorite books or tv show and I will ask them to write me their favorite parts about it and ask them to practice writing something for a week and then we will go from there .
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Although, I am still a student and I have no degree that does not take away from my talent . I have been tutoring since I was 11 years old . I love to help other learn and strengthen them academically.
P.S. I know I specialize in writing but I am open to other subjects as well .
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
my pricing depends on many factors such as the complex of the writing as well as the deadline of whatever assignment. My typical rate is $15-$30an hour but that may change as I am willing to negotiate at a reasonable price. My method of payment is PayPal only.
How did you get started teaching?
I started tutoring at 11 as my teachers saw my academic potential and asked me to stay after school to help students who are struggling academically. I grew to love it and have been tutoring ever since .
What types of students have you worked with?
I typical work with elementary and middle schools but I am open to high and college depending on the assignment.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I am graduated high school in 2021 and finished with a 4.5 GPA and graduated top 5% of my class .
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
I would say while you may prefer someone with a degree . You do not need a degree to be a good writer. I would also look at the cost and see if it is within your budget but most importantly you want someone who has empathy and is open-minded.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
I think students think about being open-minded and upfront about their issues with writing or whatever subject they have issues with . The more honest they are , the better we can come up with ways to help them.
