I teach English, also with students who have a speech disorder. English literature is an added subject I also teach. Not every child learns the same. I take my time with them to teach them so that they understand. If I have to go a topic/subject quite a few times to make sure they understand, I will do so. I try to make it enjoyable for the student, so they do not get bored easily. We work together as a team.
